Our Figma plugin imports your Figma frames into a Siter.io page on every plan, free included. Figma lists 140k users on it. The import runs one way, and prototype animations stay behind.

Designmodo started in 2010 as a web design blog and grew into a company that makes tools for its readers.

Designmodo begins as a web design publication. The tools came later, out of the question the writing kept asking: why is putting a designed page online still this hard?

2018–2022: four years of build
A freehand canvas that also produces a real, responsive, hosted site takes time to get right. Twenty thousand people used the beta before it opened.

Launch day took #1 Product of the Day and #1 Product of the Week on Product Hunt, and #2 Product of the Month for July. The Figma-to-HTML release placed again in 2023, and the editor rebuild in 2024.
