You want breakpoints without a class system. Wix Studio ships three defaults you can edit or add to, code-free.

Wix says its prices and currency vary by location, and that the dollar figures are “displayed for reference only”. Wix Studio is a separate ladder with its own plan names, so there are three sheets here, not two.

First, pick which Wix
Webflow is one editor. Wix is two, the classic Wix Editor and Wix Studio, on separate price sheets, and breakpoints and the Figma plugin exist only in Studio.
Only Webflow lets you leave
Webflow offers code export on a paid Workspace at Core tier or above. Wix says a site must run on its servers: CMS collections export as CSV, blog posts cannot be exported to another platform at all, and the design stays behind.
Both import from Figma, with conditions
Webflow’s free Labs app syncs components, variables and styles, but layers need auto layout and it does not work in Safari. Wix Studio’s plugin imports one page at a time with no re-sync, and menus and forms arrive as plain text.
