Add an online booking form to your website

Describe your services and Siter AI builds the form. Visitors pick a service, a day and a time, add their details, and send you an appointment request.

A hair salon's booking request as a visitor sees it: three services (Cut, Color, Cut and color), a row of days from Tuesday to Saturday, a grid of times, name and email fields and a Send request button.

A booking form that looks like your page.

  • Takes your colors and fonts

The form is part of the page, so it wears your brand colors, text color, background and corner radius.

  • Requests come to you

When a visitor sends a request, their service, day, time and details are saved and emailed to you.

    2 places the requests land

    • Form entries
    • Your email
  • Taking orders instead?

The Order form app lets visitors pick products and quantities, see the total, choose pickup and send the order.

Describe it, then build it.

Place an App, say what visitors can ask for, and Siter AI writes the form, tests it and shows it on your canvas.

  1. What should the app do?

Say it in a sentence, with the services, the days and times, and what a visitor adds before sending.

  2. Or start from one of these

The starters cover calculators, a quiz and more. A booking request is not on the list, so you describe it in the box above.

  3. Build

Siter AI writes the form and tests it, fixing an error if it finds one, while you watch the progress.

  4. Try it on the canvas

The form runs in its own sandbox, apart from your website. Double-click it to send yourself a request.

What your visitor does.

  • Picks a service

Your services are listed in the form, so a visitor says what they want in one tap.

  • Chooses a day and a time

They ask for the day and the time that suit them, right on your page.

  • Adds their details

A name and an email, plus anything else you asked for, so you know who to answer.

  • Sends the request

It lands in your Form entries and in your email. Nothing is charged on the page.

From idea to live in three steps.

  1. Place an App

Pick App in the left toolbar and put it on the page where the booking form belongs.

  2. Describe your booking form

Write your services, the days and the times visitors can ask for, and press Build.

  3. Publish and send a test

Publish the page, send yourself a request, and check that it arrives in Form entries and your email.

How do I add an online booking form to my website?

Place an App from the editor's left toolbar and describe the form: your services, the days and the times. Siter AI writes it and tests it, and you publish the page like any other. It is not an embed or a code snippet.

Is this an appointment request form or a full booking system?

It is an appointment request form. A visitor picks a service, a day and a time and sends a request, and you decide what happens next.

Where do the booking requests go?

To Form entries and to your email. When a visitor sends a request, it is saved in your website's Form entries and emailed to you.

Does the form take payment?

No. It sends a request and takes no card or payment, so you and your customer settle the rest the way you already do.

Can I change the form after it is built?

Yes. Choose Change the app…, describe the change, and Siter AI makes a new version. The one on the page is tagged Shown, and Restore brings an earlier version back.

Which plan do I need for a booking form?

You can build and preview a booking form on any plan, including Free. An app shows on your published website on paid plans, and each plan includes its own number of apps per website. See the plans.

Let your visitors
ask for a time.

Describe the booking form, place it on a page like any other element, and let the requests come to you.
