An event registration form on your own event page

Add a Form element with the fields you need, or describe the form and Siter AI builds it as an App. Every registration comes straight to your Form entries and your email.

A registration form on the Frontier 27 conference page, a published Siter template: buttons to pick Day 1, Day 2 or both days, a workshop choice, a field for food needs, name and email fields and a Register button.

Registration that looks like your event.

  • Wears your event's colors

The form is part of your page, so it takes your brand colors, text color, background and corner radius.

  • Registrations come to you

Each registration is saved in your website's Form entries and emailed to you.

    2 places registrations land

    • Form entries
    • Your email
  • A plain form works too

Need only fields? The Form element takes Name, Email, Dropdown, Number and more, no description needed.

Need more than fields? Describe it.

Place an App, say how attendees pick their days and sessions, and Siter AI writes the form, tests it and shows it on your canvas.

  1. What should the app do?

Say it in a sentence, with the days, the sessions or ticket types, and what attendees tell you before they register.

  2. Or start from one of these

The starters cover calculators, a quiz and more. Registration is not on the list, so you describe it in the box above.

  3. Build

Siter AI writes the registration form and tests it, fixing an error if it finds one, while you watch the progress.

  4. Try it on the canvas

Double-click it to register yourself as a test.

What a good registration form asks.

Add these as fields, or name them when you describe your App. Ask only what you will use on the day.

  • Name and email

So you know who is coming and where to write. Make both required.

  • Ticket type or session

A Dropdown with your days, passes or workshops. In an App, buttons attendees tap.

  • How many are coming

A Number field. In an App, one line per attendee with a choice for each.

  • Dietary needs

A Textarea for allergies and meals, so the caterer hears about them before the day.

  • Phone number

A Phone number field, for when you need to reach someone on the day.

  • Access needs and questions

One open field for step-free access, a quiet room or anything else they want you to know.

Registration open in three steps.

  1. Build your event page

Start from an event template, such as the Frontier 27 conference, or from a blank page.

  2. Add the registration form

Place a Form element and pick its fields, or place an App and describe the form you want.

  3. Publish and register yourself

Publish the page, send a test registration, and check that it arrives in Form entries and your email.

How do I create an event registration form?

Build your event page, then place a Form element and pick its fields, or place an App from the editor's left toolbar and describe the form. Publish the page like any other. It is not an embed or a code snippet.

Is there an event registration form template?

Start from a published event template, such as the Frontier 27 conference in website templates, and add the fields listed above. Siter AI builds an App to your description each time, so there is no fixed form to work around.

Where do the registrations go?

To Form entries and to your email. With a Form element you can also search the entries and download them with Export CSV.

Should I use the Form element or an App?

Use the Form element when plain fields will do. Describe an App when attendees should pick days and sessions with buttons, register several people with a choice each, or see a thank-you that repeats what they chose. For a guest list, see the RSVP form; for more, Siter Apps.

Can attendees pay for tickets on the form?

No. The form collects registrations and takes no card or payment, so you settle tickets the way you already do.

Which plan do I need?

The Form element works on every plan. An App builds and previews on every plan and shows on your published website on paid plans, and each plan includes its own number of forms and apps. See the plans.
